 How important is it to participate
in a bridal or event show?
Very important, say some vendors.
Others, they say not so important.
You have to figure out what works for your company. We do know something that works for every company. Bumping elbows with other companies and networking. So and so knows so and so that is having an event. (Get it?)
For example (true story): When searching for a loan to purchase our building, we visited the local banks leaving our information and asking for theirs(in 2011). Although a particular bank we had visited was not the one who ended up giving us our loan, they decided to have an event in their office and remembered us for their event rentals when booking for their event. Wow! That really solidified our believing in networking.
Why are we saying this? It's event show season again and we believe they are worth the effort.
Wondering what the picture is? It was Event Central's first real showroom store front. After using up all the space in our home to get started, we rented a space in the Jefferson Flea Market to get more exposure. It was the only space we could afford at the time. |
